What is the high performance leadership program?
I’ve been a member of Toastmasters for five years and I’ve heard the term High Performance Leadership a number of times. But, I’ve never asked anyone what it was or how to complete the program. The Toastmasters material I have refers to the program but doesn’t include details on what it entails.
Now that my next leadership award requires me to complete this program, I decided to find out more about it. The Toastmasters International website doesn’t provide any information, (at least none that I could find) but a Google search on “What is the high performance leadership program in Toastmasters” took me to this helpful explanation on the Toastmasters District 70 website.
